Aims & Scope
As a gathering place for research, practice and policy at the interface between ecological and health sciences, EcoHealth will:
- Integrate diverse knowledge of ecology, health and sustainability whether scientific, medical, local or traditional through commentary, research and reviews.
- Encourage development and innovation in methods and practice that link ecology and health and ensure clear and concise presentation to facilitate practical and policy application.
- Profile research and practice that applies ecosystem principles to address health and sustainability challenges within diverse settings ranging from public health practice and human and veterinary medicine, to conservation and ecosystem management, or rural and urban development and planning.
- Provide a unique forum for integration and interaction across a diverse audience interested in health and sustainability including researchers, policy makers, educators, non-government organizations, as well as governmental and international agencies.
